The formal musical tradition of the Western world that typically is complex and has a high degree of harmonic organization. 

Hidden meaning of the Equity religion: 

Music that was created by white men and therefore it is oppressive.

Discussion:

Equity believes that we should judge things, not on their own merit, but according to the characteristics of the people who created them. This makes classical music doubly oppressive because it was created by people who were white and people who were men.

Clearly, judging something on the basis of sex and race is the definition of sexism and racism, but somehow, via the magic of the Equity religion, this becomes acceptable.

The Equityist concept of intersectionality also applies in this case and is used to describe the layers of oppression. Classical music was created by men, which is the first layer of oppression, and these men were also white, which gives us the second layer. We add the oppression from these two groups and then add on some more because of the combination.

Since classical music has now been identified as oppressive, it clearly needs to be eliminated. I, for one, do not want to live in a world where classical music has been banned.
