Hidden meaning of the Equity religion: 

For an Equityist believer, trying to find common ground with others is a sin.

Discussion:

A summary of Equity belief would be that various oppressive groups exist in the Western world which oppress minoritized groups, and to allow this to continue by compromising is a sin.

Some people find the actions and words of Equity people to be ridiculous and therefore assume you have to be stupid to be a believer in the religious cult, but the religion does have internal consistency. It is true that many of the behaviors of the Equityists cause damage to themselves and others, but they are actually following a logically consistent religious doctrine.

The religion assumes that everyone who is a part of any of the dominant groups  (men, heterosexual, healthy, white, able, young, binormal, thin, rich, european, right-handed or tall) is a sinner. As a Equity believer, any compromise with a sinner is automatically a sin.

Once we start thinking that people who disagree with us are vile enemies and sinners, it does not take long for us to start thinking about how we might be able to eliminate them.
