Hidden meaning of the Equity religion: 

A sexist Western discipline.

Discussion:

Equity teaches that all disciplines that have been created in the West are sexist; even more recent ones like computer science.

According to Equity, if only 20 percent of people who take computer science self-identify as women, then we know the discipline is sexist. The Equity religion believes, incorrectly, that there are no differences in interest between the genders, so the only reason for a discrepancy between two groups must be sexist attitudes on the part of the men. 

Research has clearly shown that on average, men are more interested in things and women are more interested in people, but Equity believers refuse to accept this. The only allowable answer is that the men have oppressed the women and therefore the discipline is sexist.

It is interesting to see Equity believers scream about sexism in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) fields, while completely ignoring the fact that the Arts has almost been completely overrun by females. Virtually no programs are being put in place to increase the number of males in these areas, because the religion has labeled them as oppressors. Clearly we have lost our way.
