Common meaning:
Behaving politely toward others.
Hidden meaning of the Equity religion:
Not necessary when you are dealing with haters from dominant groups who need to be disrupted.
Discussion:
Equity teaches that it is not necessary to show any courtesy to people who are members of dominant groups. The Equityists already know that members of dominant groups are haters who need to be disrupted and silenced.
Christianity sets a high bar for courtesy. In Chapter 5 of Matthew’s gospel, Jesus says that if someone slaps your right cheek then you should offer your left as well. If someone takes your shirt, give them your cloak as well. Many of us would struggle to follow his advice, but the message is clear that we should show compassion and courtesy to others.
The religion of Equity takes a different approach. It promotes harshness when dealing with people who have been placed in dominant groups. It doesn’t matter what groups we are talking about. For example, all members of the thin people group are full of hate toward those who are large, and therefore it is the duty of Equity believers to disrupt and attack these oppressors. The same goes for all oppression groups.
When the Equityists yell and scream at people who oppose their religion, they are one step away from physical violence.
