Hidden meaning of the Equity religion: 

Requiring educational success in order to be able to do certain jobs is problematic.

Discussion:

The Equityists believe that the only thing that really matters is oppressed groups, and anything that prevents members of these groups from obtaining positions in organizations is problematic. They think that using educational success as a method to decide who is chosen must be stopped. 

Many religions are focused on the mystical, causing them to have a lack of respect for learning things in the practical world but Equity is particularly bad in this regard. Rousseau, who concocted this religious virus, hated learning and knowledge, and this attitude is still present. Equity teaches that educational success is problematic generally, but even more so if members of dominant groups are the ones achieving it.

Many Equityists believe that a person with knowledge becomes the oppressor of the person that doesn’t have it. The solution is to go back to a more primitive time where we had less knowledge. 

If we allow this to happen it will be a complete catastrophe.
