Hidden meaning of the Equity religion: 

Take language apart in order to uncover the hidden power dynamics.

Discussion:

The Equityists believe that the languages we speak, like English, need to be torn apart, because they contain the power to oppress minoritized people. We need to destroy the current words in order to replace them with words and definitions that support Equity.

The reason for the overflowing number of words and re-definition of words that the Equity religion creates is not just to define their beliefs. The Equityists see language as a way to remove the power structures of society itself and think that if you change the language, you can force a change in people’s beliefs. Redefining words in order to cause confusion is part of the plan to get people disorientated and less able to resist their indoctrination.

The Equityists are very clear in their writings that the goal is to brainwash people into believing in their religion. Leaders in the religious movement explain how they have changed words and how they are able to manipulate people into accepting the truth. Of course they call it becoming awake to the realities of systemic oppression, but what they describe is initiation into a cult.

I, for one, don’t want to become an Equity believer.
