Creation of rules that prevent people who are members of dominant groups from gathering in the same place as people from oppressed ones.

Discussion:

The Equityists believe that in order to achieve equity and true desegregation, it is necessary at this time to discriminate against members of dominant groups and prevent them from gathering in certain locations.

Let us be very clear, what the Equityists want to implement when they say desegregation, is in reality resegregation. They want to remove those they deem undesirable from places and positions. 

According to Equity, our system is so oppressive, that although we think we have spaces that are desegregated, we don’t, because they are filled with the oppressive narrative of western society. In order to get to a point where we actually have desegregated spaces, we need to create some segregated ones to provide room for the groups that have been oppressed and allow them a time of healing.

This kind of thinking is highly dangerous. What the Equityists want to do is create a segregated society where some people have greater rights than others. Is that where you want to live?
