A person who is oppressed by healthy people because they have non-normal capabilities.

The Equityists believe that a person whom society has deemed disabled, is part of a group that is oppressed by healthy people, because the members of the disabled group have non-normal capabilities.

As a religion, Equity has one note, and it hits it over and over again. Everything is about oppression. Everything is about the victim. Everything is about dominance and power, including being disabled. The disabled aren’t disabled because of life circumstances or sickness, or anything biological. No, they’re disabled because of the oppression of the able people who label them. The healthy people are the ones who are causing the sickness. 

All able-bodied people are oppressors of disabled people. Even if they repent for the actions of their group and try to do better personally, they are still guilty. They need to pay reparations for how their group has treated disabled people in the past.

This religion of Equity is completely untethered from reality.
