Including a diversity of people with unique intersectional positions who believe in Equity.

Discussion:

The Equityists say that they want to create a society that is diverse, but they really want to create a society that only focuses on oppressed groups and where everyone follows the Equity religion.

Diversity is one of the most insidious words in the lexicon of the Equity religion. The reason for this is that all non-believers and even many believers think they know what it means. They think it means that everyone gets to be included and no group is left out, but it really means conformity.

In the Equity religion, diversity is the idea that members from all of the oppressed groups must be represented and members of the oppressor groups need to be removed. True diversity is when Equity believers representing all intersectional positions, like female, black, indegious, queer, disabled, fat and uneducated, are present. They are to be given power and members of oppressive groups are to be banned from participating.

Excluding people based on the groups they belong to… now when has that ever gone wrong?
