Equity teaches that members of oppressive groups (white, hetersexual, male) are dominating and devaluing members of minoritized groups.

The Equity religion states that Western culture dominates all of our lives and that this white culture devalues minority groups and what they have to contribute. It indicates that none of the people in the oppressed groups can ever accomplish anything because of the domination.

Back in the real world, we find that Western Liberalism is the best system that has ever been created to provide opportunities for everyone. It is not perfect, but it does work. Pretending that Western culture is oppressive verges on insanity.

Equity pretends to want to help people in minority groups, but actually shows contempt for them by claiming they are being dominated and encouraging them to not even try and make their lives better.

Has Western culture made some mistakes? Of course! Is it the best system the world has ever seen regarding the elimination of domination?  Of course!
