Equity believes that goals are part of white culture and that they are used by people in the dominant group to abuse minoritized people.

Equity believers never clearly explain how a person having goals that they are trying to accomplish winds up abusing minoritized people.

Regarding goals themselves, it is true that socialization can influence the types of goals that are set, but the value of setting goals is not culturally generated. Setting goals is a universal trait that anyone can have no matter what racial group they are a part of.

Equity tries to hide it, but underneath, it’s a racist religion. It pretends that certain characteristics belong to particular groups and that other groups don’t have them. Saying that white culture has goals means you’re saying that other groups don’t. Saying that goals are only part of abusive white culture is offensive and racist.

Declaring that goals are values that are only connected to specific groups, is clearly racist thinking.
