Guilt

Common meaning:

Feeling responsibility or remorse for a wrong you have committed.

Hidden meaning of the Equity religion:

People in the dominant culture need to feel guilty for the actions of other people in their group.

Discussion:

Equity believers think that groups are relatively homogenous and each person in a group is simply a representative of the whole group. This is why individuals from dominant groups are guilty for anything other members of their group have done.

Here is an example of how this works: If people with dark hair are 98% of the population, they are the oppressors, and if people with blond hair are only 2%, they are the oppressed. Next, we figure out how the blond-haired people were oppressed and discover they have been victimized by being called dumb. Finally, we hold all the people who have dark hair responsible for what they and their ancestors did to the poor marginalized blond-haired people.

As complicated as this virus of a religion can be with all of its twisted and dark words, the mechanism by which it operates is super simple. Find the oppressor group; find the oppressed group; find the oppression you know by faith must have happened, and then tell the people in the dominant group they are all guilty for what other people in their group did.

This is a simple religion with catastrophic results.
