Discussion:

The Equityists believe there is a narrative that the West promotes in order to control the oppressed. This story is part of a hegemony of knowledge that the dominant groups in Western society use to oppress minoritized groups. 

According to Equity doctrine, dominant groups have the ability to impose their version of the world on minoritized groups. This hegemony of knowledge is accepted by the oppressed as the truth, even though it works against their own interests.

Part of the hegemonic narrative that the Equityists reject is the fact that science is real. The underlying doctrines of the religion say that sciences like Biology, Chemistry and Physics are completely false, and there will come a day when believers will start saying these subjects need to be eliminated.

The truth is that the story of the West has been one of freedom, but the story of Equity is one of hegemonic oppression.
