Inclusion

Common meaning:

The act of ensuring that everyone is a part of something.

Hidden meaning of the Equity religion:

The act of removing those who are members of dominant groups.

Discussion:

The Equityists believe that all members of oppressed groups need to be included. In order to make sure this happens it is necessary to exclude all members of oppressor groups.

When the Equityists use the word inclusion, they actually mean the opposite. In reality, they mean removing anyone who is a member of a dominant group. They use fancy words like safe or brave spaces, but in the end it simply means exclusion.

The Equityists think that language can be used to oppress and commit violence against members of minoritized groups. To prevent this from happening it is necessary to create policies on harassment and hate speech.

In reality, while it is true that some limits to language are appropriate, the religious Equityists take advantage of this fact, and seek to limit any speech that disagrees with their faith.

We now live in a world where inclusion actually means exclusion.
