Hidden meaning of the Equity religion: 

A person in an oppressed group who is an unwitting sell-out to the dominant narrative of liberalism.

Discussion:

Equity believes that any member of a marginalized group who does not follow the Equity religion has internalized the oppression of the dominant group. 

It is important to understand what Equity is doing. As a believer, you don’t need to listen to anyone from a dominant group because they have internalized dominance. You don’t need to listen to anyone in a minoritized group that doesn’t believe in Equity because they have internalized oppression. The only voices that are allowed are those that come from minoritized groups that agree with Equity. This makes it impossible to refute the foundations of the religion.

The Equityists believe the only possible reason for different group outcomes is the fact that there has been oppression and harm. If any member of the oppressed group does not believe this, then they are a victim sell-out.
