Evidence of systemic hatred by the dominant group toward those in the minoritized one.

Discussion:

Equity believers claim that small microaggressions by members of the dominant group are evidence of the systemic hatred they have for the minoritized group.

Since microaggressions are only allowed to be defined by the person claiming it has happened, they can be applied to any action or words a member of the dominant group has done or said. There is no mechanism to judge the validity of the claim because only the minoritized have access to truth. If the oppressed claim that a microaggression exists and that this demonstrates the hatred of the dominant group, there is no way to refute it.

In the reasonable world, it is understood that people get on each other’s nerves. The aggressions we have toward each other typically have nothing to do with the groups we are members of and everything to do with the individuals that are annoying us.

Microaggressions are a bad idea on steroids.
