Nutrition

Common meaning:

The process of obtaining all the food a person needs for health and growth.

Hidden meaning of the Equity religion:

Lies fat phobic people tell to oppress fat people.

Discussion:

Equity sees the subject of nutrition as lies that the thin, fat phobic people tell fat people in order to oppress them and ultimately to destroy them.

In a world where human bodies actually use nutrients like water, protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals in order to function properly, it makes sense to evaluate how these nutrients work and are of benefit. It is important to consider how eating good foods can make people stronger and improve their quality of life.

The Equityists disagree and say that it is not the wrong types of food or eating food in excess that is the problem but the oppressive stereotypes of the thin that cause damage. This idea is completely based on faith.

The reason the Equityists insist on holding on to the illusion that nutrition does not matter is because they believe only the group matters. They define everything in terms of group identity and say that being part of a marginalized group makes you a better person. Anything that removes that identity group, including proper nutrition, is problematic.

Fatphobia is not real but proper nutrition is.
