Common meaning:
The stress of living up to the expectations of your own or other racial groups.
Hidden meaning of the Equity religion:
White people must admit their privilege, even if it makes them uncomfortable.
Discussion:
Equity followers believe the lie that white people have some invisible privilege that benefits them in some way and if they are uncomfortable with admitting this, they are showing racial stress.
In all of the books and journal articles I have read that are written by Equity believers, not once did one of them identify anything tangible to demonstrate what privilege looks like. It is simply an idea that exists without any evidence to support it, but when white people get upset at being accused of this non-existent privilege, they are considered to have racial stress.
The Equityists then claim that this stress proves that privilege is real, otherwise why would the white person be so upset? I don’t know, maybe being falsely accused of something you didn’t do might get people a little annoyed.
Racial stress is a lie pedaled by religious fanatics that have already determined group guilt and are just looking to manufacture evidence to prove it.
