The Equityists believe that the evil capitalists instill a feeling of responsibility within the poor, oppressed workers in order to maintain productivity. 

From the Equity perspective, responsibility must be a deception because according to their beliefs there is no such thing as an individual. Since only groups exist, they must be the ones responsible for taking care of their members.

Generally, in society, it is a good thing when individuals become more responsible. It is good, both for them and the society as a whole, but the Equity believers disagree. They believe we need to fight against this false value of responsibility and one way for us to do this is for each of us to become irresponsible.

Promoting irresponsibility, now how is that going to end up?
