The Equity believers are able to create many different types of sexes or genders by building on various mentally imagined and socially reinforced gender identities.

The Equityists ignore the fact that biology determines gender, not illusionary creations of the human mind. They make the ridiculous claim that biological sex and gender are two completely separate things. 

It is true that in different cultures exactly how the roles of males and females act can vary, but this in no way separates gender from the underlying foundation of genetic sex. We can think of human DNA like a switch flipped one way (XY) for Male or flipped the other way (XX) for females. That’s it. There are no other options that result in healthy humans.

Equity is able to create many types of human sexes by ignoring biology and health.
