Biology has no impact on human development, only how we communicate with each other matters.

Discussion:

Equity says socialization is the only factor that impacts human development. 

It is true that socialization plays a big part in human development, but to claim it’s the only factor borders on insane. Our environments and biological realities have a real effect on us, irrespective of the determination of Equity believers to imagine them out of existence.

It is not true, as believed by the Equityists, that humans come into the world as a blank slate and we can form children into whatever we want them to be. Socialization can knock off some of the rough edges of our personalities in order for us to get along better with others, but the core of who we are remains biologically determined and does not change.

We can learn to play nice but we will still be ourselves.
