The Equityists believe that Sociology is an excellent tool to describe the behaviour of groups. In particular, it is useful to describe how groups have been oppressed and what the effects of this oppression have been.

Equity believers hate all Western subjects, but out of all of them, they hate Sociology the least. This is likely because it is relatively easy to twist viewing people as social animals to viewing them as oppressed social animals. 

The Equityists found that Sociology was a subject that could be easily corrupted. 

It could be twisted to match their goals: that everything is socially constructed and that oppressed people are the centerpiece of what we need to consider when we view society.
