In the West, sexism is embedded in organizations by the dominant group of men.
Discussion:
Equity says that the sexism embedded in organizations is what prevents women from achieving the positions of power and leadership they deserve. The men are preventing the women from getting ahead.
The Equity believers pretend that there are systemic issues in our institutions, but when asked to point to any policies, procedures or actions which are sexist, they have nothing. The only reason the Equityists believe, without evidence, that systemic sexism exists is they already believe all men are sexist and evil. Since it does not go over well to call half the population evil, the term systemic sexism is thus employed.
The phrase, systemic sexism, up to now has been a lie, when applied to typical Western companies and organizations. This may change in the future as the Equityists bring in actual sexist rules to diminish the opportunities for men and increase them for women.
It is time to fight sexism against men.
