The Equityists believe that only members of oppressed groups can be harmed and it is not possible to harm members of oppressive groups. 

The basis for this crazy idea is that the Equity followers don’t believe in the reality or the value of individuals. Since only groups are real, then only oppression that is directed toward a particular group counts. This means that only members of oppressed groups can be victims.

In the real world, people who are members of any group can be a victim. All that is required is for someone to treat them unfairly or harm them in some way. Equity harms people who are part of the group the religion calls dominant when advertisements are created that only allow BIPOC people to apply for a job.
