All western societies must be freed from liberalism which promotes reason and facts.

Discussion:

The Equity believers are convinced that the progress we have made in the last few centuries is a terrible thing. The explosion of knowledge that started during the enlightenment and continues to this day has damaged people. The liberal values of freedom and fairness have resulted in violence toward minoritized people.

Back in the real world, all these things have brought tremendous benefits to all of mankind. The question is, how did all these good things become vilified?

Rousseau believed that Western societies must be freed from liberalism. His idea of liberalism being evil was part of his religious idealism and has been common to every variant of the religion since then. This has included both the far right fascist one and the far left communist one. They all taught that Western countries who believed in the value of the individual needed to be replaced with ones that only valued specific groups. Equity does exactly the same thing. 

The West really is the best.
