Expressing support for white people to have the same rights as other groups. This includes: fair working conditions and protection against unjustified dismissal.

Hidden meaning of the Equity religion: 

Willful and hidden conspiracy of whites to hold on to power.

Discussion:

The Equity followers think white people are willfully trying to hold on to power to harm non-white people. They will tell you that white people are not even aware of what they are doing but will subconsciously work together to keep other groups down.

Equity believes that all of white culture needs to be destroyed because it oppresses other groups. Any white people who protest this destruction are part of a conspiracy to hold on to power and are participating in white solidarity. 

In reality, the only conspiracy that is occurring is the one being implemented by the Equityists as they try to establish their religion in order to take over the world.
